Goodwin Contractors, Inc. does quite a bit of Code Compliance work for either commercial or residential. This becomes necessary when someone does work without a permit and then gets a citation from the city or county which can result in massive fees or liens from the entity if not addressed. These are done on a case by case basis and usually at cost of work plus a fee.
