Goodwin Contractors Inc. has been in business since 1992 specializing in commercial interiors and exteriors with a smaller percentage of residential work.

Ashley Goodwin graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s in construction Management, from the College of Engineering in 1986.

1988 – Received Class “A” General Contractors License.

1988-1991 - Employed with National Des. Build, in Miami for eight years as Project Manager.

1992 – Opened Goodwin Contractors, Inc., Fort Lauderdale, FL

Chase Goodwin

Chase Goodwin has graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2017 with a specialization in Thermodynamics and HVAC which includes calculating Heat and Cooling Loads and design of HVAC systems.

Chase is Professionally Certified in Solid Works and has passed his FE (Fundamental Engineering) Exam.

Chase has been working for Goodwin since 2017 as Project Manager.
